Traditionally, a company would have live security guards, video surveillance, an alarm system, or a combination of these to protect their property. InCommand Worldwide recognized that while these tactics were prevalent, they were not comprehensive or efficient from a cost perspective. The leadership created the CHES5 platform to revolutionize the security of client property. This platform seamlessly integrates into existing security technology to further increase cost savings.
As an event occurs the CHES5 system sends a pop-up alert to the highly trained security officer at one of the InCommand Worldwide Command Centers. This alert lets the officer know if the event is a failed card swipe, forced door, request for entry, or a violation of any number of parameters that can be defined by the client.
The officer then relies on his training and protocols to work through the issue using the CHES5 platform to communicate with the people at the event location, call building maintenance or management, call additional law enforcement or public service personnel, or provide location access to a requester.
The system is completely interactive and safe. The remote nature of the CHES5 platform eliminates the need for physical confrontation by client employees, thereby reducing the cost of liability insurance while increasing the level and efficacy of the security.
